I have tan walls, dark brown end tables, and leather couch. What color curtains should I get? Cream? Other?

To be specific I have a tobacco brown leather couch, and cappuccino end tables and coffee table. I was thinking that a cream or possibly sage curtain would look best in the room? Any ideas?I have tan walls, dark brown end tables, and leather couch. What color curtains should I get? Cream? Other?
Why not go with a pop of color and choose something like a deep red or plum?I have tan walls, dark brown end tables, and leather couch. What color curtains should I get? Cream? Other?
we have the same colors for our room except we have a lighter couch. I would suggest an olive green color like this: http://www.formal-invitations.com/Merchant2/graphics/00000001/olive-background-230.jpg

or if your not a fan and you have a dark color for your coffee tables then you could go for a more dark tan color like this: http://www.concealedcarryoutfitters.com/Professional%20and%20Holster%20vest%20colors%20003.jpg

anyway you could also get colors of your tan walls, your cappuccino tables, and your tobacco couch, and try adding different curtain colors with it and see which ones you like. Hope this helped!!
Either cream or sage green would be lovely (but I'm voting for sage!). Just remember, whatever color you use should be repeated throughout the room to create a more cohesive look. Otherwise, the curtains will look like an after-thought.

So, accessorize with throw pillows, vases, artwork, etc. that coordinate with your curtains, and your room will look beautiful!
sage or some sort of patterned curtain. it sounds like you have a lot of neutral colors going on and need some sort of soft statement, i think the sage or a patterned curtain would add some subtle flare just no cream or if you are set on cream curtains do a valence scarf that is colored and makes it pop. happy decorating!
sage would look very nice.

try to go with a deep, intense color to go with your color scheme. that will make the curtains pop out. if you have a cream color than it will just fade in with the wall.

maybe try something like a deep merlot or something along those lines.
maybe a sage green would nice
