Am I allowed to set up a table/cart at the Santa Monica Pier to sell ice cream?

They already have a Dippin' Dots and another ice cream shop there but they are actual places you can go inside.





do i set up my own stand or does it work like a kiosk cart at the mall??

You need a permit and all the required paperwork, if not people wold just go there and sell stuff without any permission
