What is table cream used for?

I bought some table cream from the latina foods section of the grocery store because I was curious about what it is. How do spanish people use it? Is it just can milk, or sweet like condensed milk? Would like to find out how to use it before I open it.What is table cream used for?
It doesn't matter where you bought the table cream. It is still table cream, it is NOT canned milk, or sweetened condensed milk. It is table cream.

You can use it in cooking when you want/need a higher butterfat content that skim, 1%, 2% or whole milk. It is very nice in coffee or tea.

It can be used in baking ... just substitute table cream for milk or water ... makes a much richer (and fattier) cake. What is table cream used for?
Table cream is Light cream with between 18-30% butterfat. It can be used in cooking or as a creamer in tea or coffee.
