It completely depends on the size of the cup you are using
Think of it this way. If you are using just one recipe and you stick to the same cup throughout, you cannot go wrong!
Use that cup to measure how many tbsps/tsps etc fill it, and go from there
What i do is i keep a specific cup only for baking/ cooking, and as long as i make all my measurements in the one recipe in that one cup- they you just can't get it wrong
good luck! How much is one pound of cream cheese in cups or table spoons?
One pound is exactly 454 grams.
Two cups of cream cheese would be 500 grams (250 grams is one cup.)
So, that being said one pound of cream cheese would be one and three quarters cup cream cheese and an extra 9 grams ( so to be exact add about a finger tip size piece)
1lb equals 16 oz
16 oz equals 2 cups
1cup equals 16TBS
