Does it important for the east asian girls to use eye cream?

I personally find that eye cream and concealer are only for the deep set eyes, close set eyes and protruding eyes girls like middle east, east indian, latino, black and european? why do so many east asians using them and they seem to make asian eyes appear more smaller and slanty? what about you?Does it important for the east asian girls to use eye cream?
ok concealer is used for dark circles. Unless you have really bad dark circles, I wouldn't use concealer. It does make your face ';appear'; flatter.

I think it's just a misconception that dark circles are bad. But if used correctly dark circles can actually enhance your eyes.Does it important for the east asian girls to use eye cream?

That's not tru at all. Concealer is for anyone who needs concealing. If you have dark circles under your eyes then concealer is for you. When you say eye cream what are you referring to? Moisturizer or shadow or liner? either one, it's still necessary to use moisturzer, eye color liek shadows are optional, and liner gives eyes more definition/shape.
