they only make 2 colors and its only made in Korea so i was wondering if i should still use it if im not asian??

yes you can use it if your not asian lol.
you will only be able to use it if you are fair skinned though because the color variety is very light.
thats because in korea women want lighter looking skin, they perceive it as beautiful.
