What is BB cream and how do you use it?

I recently heard about BB cream and it was supposedly better than foundation. So I am quite curious about it. What is it and when do you apply it (after moisturizer/toner/primer/foundation, or what?)?

BB cream stands for Blemish Balm Cream, which is specifically designed for women who have sensitive skin. It was from Korea %26amp; it was made specially for women who have actually undergone laser surgeries. I think its a known fact that Koreans always do facial surgeries...lol





Its said to help combat oiliness while providing a moisturizing effect. It also helps to protect the skin (though i believe it doesn't have an SPF) %26amp; regenerate. Its good for people who have acnes but would still want to wear sheer coverage. It helps hide spots at the same time letting the skin breathe...wow!..now if that won't make the market go ga-ga over BB Creams..haha

I have never used one myself probably because my skin is not that sensitive to begin with %26amp; im not acne prone. But I've been checking a couple of brands that have BB Creams..who knows if ill just buy it on a whim...





You can use it as a moisturizer..like tinted moisturizers. You can wear it alone or with your foundation. Using a Stippling brush works best in applying it..much like how we apply liquid foundations.





I know that there are not many variety of shades of BB Creams. So that i guess is one flaw of BBCs. Thought if one shade doesn't work for you, you can just check out the other shades from other brands...but how the heck can we do that if its not available in the stores?...*sigh*...I think in US BBCs are not such a hype yet.





Luckily, i know one store here in the Philippines that have BBCs %26amp; one shade actually suits my tone...but im contemplating if im gonna buy it because its too expensive...
