bb cream originated from korea. it started out by being this sorta medicated cream offered to patients who just have laser or something on their skin, and also to cover up the marks. however now over time, bb cream is all the rage in the cosmetics world especially in asia, being a cream that is touted to hv foundation, concealer, sunblock, moisturise鈥?etc qualities, its like a all in one foundation cream yet it is supposedly mild and good for the skin.
basically u use it as a foundation and many people like it cos they feel it looks very natural so u can have a nude make up kind of look.
however i personally feel that its just really good marketing. being a cream with foundation properties and concealing properties, how can it possibly be ';good for the skin';?since its still a form of make up, albeit a makeup with supposedly moisturising properties and all.u still need to remove it with makeup remover at the end of the day.
i thk hanskin bb cream and brtc bb cream have rather gd reviews too.as for the properties of the bb cream and how to use it, just refer to the instructions on the bb cream. basically u use if after cleansing and toning.
since it originates from korea, guess it wld be better if u get one thats manufactured in korea.i used one bb cream from skinfood before which also have positive reviews, but i ended up w a few primples the day after so at the end of the day, u just need to choose one thats suitable for ur skin.
haha sorry for the really long reply, its just that i noe quite a lot about it
