What is the difference between whipping cream and table cream?

I'm trying to make a cream of carrot soupWhat is the difference between whipping cream and table cream?
The amount of butter fat. I'm guessing that table cream is a U.K. term (I'm in California) so I'm not familiar with it, but it should be fine for soup. If you're making whipped cream, you need more fat to give structure. Here we have ';Heavy Cream';, ';Whipping Cream'; and ';Heavy Whipping Cream';...all different grades according to their fat content.

Are rock salt and table salt the same thing chemically? Why use rock salt when making ice cream? ?

Have you tried sourcing these overseas. The shipping is more but I am sure the products will be cheaper overall. Other than that. Try Alibab or global soruces.

Any supplier would be able to source it for you. Also make sure you can find chalk to match the color of the cloth (it's not ';felt';) or it will look like a mess in no time. Over time, lighter colored cloth will start to look dingy from normal use, so be prepared to put a little extra effort toward maintenance.
